Amra Bari is being thoughtfully developed on a one-acre coastal plot along Chennai’s East Coast Road. Designed as a private farmhouse for families and close-knit groups, the space is shaped around light, openness, and an existing mango orchard, with an emphasis on unhurried living.
What we are building, intentionally
Planned as generous, open spaces where families can gather, eat, and spend long hours together without feeling confined.
Designed to comfortably host large families and groups, with privacy, natural light, and attached bathrooms considered from the outset.
An upper-level space envisioned for quiet evenings, conversations, and slowing down above the surrounding trees.
The existing mango trees remain central to the layout, with outdoor areas planned around shade, greenery, and a private pool.
